It's the story of two girls, an American and a Russian, who fall in love at a t.A.T.u. concert, a story of "fatal passion and love". A large part of the movie will be filmed in Russia, but as the movie is primarily aimed at a Western audience, the lead roles are said to be played by American actresses, and the script will be in English (the movie will be dubbed into Russian as well). t.A.T.u. will have a cameo appearance as themselves. Shooting will probably start in April, the director will be Oscar-decorated Roland Joffe ("The Killing Fields", "Goodbye Lover", "The Scarlet Letter").
